Brandmanager

Brand Manager is the Brand ambassador on the German market; she/he is a central role for managing all issues connected with the Brand; she/he is THE key contact for the Principle, external & internal teams;

  • Being Brand heart in the company organization
  • THE representative of the company at Principle side
  • Working strategically – with helicopter view on the market, customers and competitors; defining the Brand strategy
  • Working operationally – by defining execution plan based on the strategy;

Being highly committed to drive the Brand business on the market

What?

External tasks:

    • Representing the Brand outside of own organization
    • Negotiation about annual sales target with Principle & tracking performance
    • Negotiation about purchasing prices with Principle
    • Develop and execute Joint Business Plan with Principle
    • Responsible for business reviews
    • Preparation and execution of customer presentations
    • Preparation and execution of customer acquisitions in cooperation with sales team
    • Cooperation with external agencies for all ATL and BTL activities
    • Reporting
    • Competition tracking
